That plugin seems to be pretty outdated (hasn’t been updated in over 2 years and has 3.5.2 listed as highest compatible WP version) but there is a pretty handy FAQ https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-https/faq/ that may help you.
I typically just put the entire site behind SSL by updating the site url to use https:// which is also discussed in that FAQ linked above.
If you manually type https://houseofsarah14.com/ then you will see the padlock.

It’s strange but I cannot see the padlock. I know there’s a SiteLock badge there but I cannot see the SSL badge.
You will only see the padlock when the viewing over https://
this is very strange cause I cannot see anything on my side. I even clear my history and used firefox and explorer but still nothing.
Can you take a screenshot to show me what you are seeing? You are positive the url begins with https:// and not http://? Are you seeing anything where you normally would see the padlock?
Now am even seing duplicate content. getting really confused. Help please Craig

Ok, now I am a bit confused at what your issue is. I thought you were talking about the SSL indicator next to the URL in the browser, not the SiteLock image placed in the footer of your site.
Please clarify what problem you are having. As far as I can tell, you have a valid SSL cert but you are not routing traffic over https:// and in order to do that, you can follow these steps to change your site URL to https://
I did not see your second post before writing the one above. The second screenshot, you are not using https:// – Manually type that in front of your domain and hit enter again, you will see the padlock.
