wordpress image transload and iimagebrowser not working

Ok I’ve downloaded both iimagebrowser and wordpress image transload plugin but I’m having problems getting them to work. My Options/misc has the download location as wp-content/uploads ..this is where I have images.. Both programs were activated but neither is working.
When I run transload I get a pop up window of my site that says “admin has disabled this” … but I cannot find anywhere in admin options where I can enable it..
iimagebrowser is also giving me an error message saying it cannot access the directory. Any suggestions? Thanks!
