WordPress Importer – Fatal Error

    Hi,
    When trying to activate WordPress Importer Version 0.6.1 I get a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WXR_Parser in /home/DIRECTORY/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/parsers.php on line 12

    Does anyone know what could be causing this?

    WordPress Version: 3.8.1
