you do not put files in the databse or anywhere else but the webserver
you will set up a database fpr wordpress to use

so what you need to do is find the mysql database link in your email (it will also have your username and PW) setup a DB for WP im sure you have to use the Username/PW of the main account)
what would also help me is to know what package you got with them
and it that doesnt work you could always trust me to show you and then you can change your PWs after.
