WordPress is_feed() warning

    I’m getting this WordPress notice, which I believe originates from this plugin:

    Notice: is_feed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /var/www/domains/ioes2/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3996

    I’m running the latest version of the plugin, and WP 4.6.1, using PHP7. Please investigate.
