WordPress Isn’t Installing Properly

    Hi,

    I’m trying to switch from Squarespace to WordPress for a friend of mine and I’m following this tutorial from YouTube.

    In their cPanel, they don’t have Softaculous but they do have Installatron, so I tried installing WP from there and it looked like it was successful but when I opened the link with /wp-admin it brought me to the Squarespace website with a 404 – Not Found message.

    How do I fix this?

    P.S. If it matters, they have registered and paid for their domain with NetRegistry.

    You did it! Goodjob, I have been checking and it is now a WordPress installation. So if you check in a couple hours or tomorrow, you should see a blank WordPress. Then the video tutorial you linked at the beginning will guide you on how to migrate the content into your Blank WordPress
