You don’t have to reinstall whole WP in Arabic. You can Manually Installing Language Files.
There is only one line to edit in wp-config.php define ('WPLANG', ''); and you need to add Arabic .po .mo files to wp-content/languages/ folder

Alright and if I do that… I still want the admin dashboard to be in English. Will this affect the website display or also the admin dashboard?

Alright I did that and it worked but my widget flipped to the other side of the page how do I get the widget sidebar back to its original place?
If you set define ('WPLANG', ''); to Arabic, it must affect the admin dashboard.
So, if you need English dashboard, unset Arabic as WPLANG and create Arabic language pack for your theme only. Do you have translated theme already?
Widget flipped, did you mean front-end or dashboard? It seems this is related to Arabic Right-To-Left specific.

No the sidebar thats on the right moved to the other side of the page and became to the left. The whole sidebar containing all the widgets. I meant the one on the website not the admin dashboard.
Hi, did anyone find a solution on this?
I was thinking to created an arabic theme with different RTL alignment changed on css and at the same time assign it on the arabic language directory.
Please advice..
