wordpress layout in browsers

    i installed wordpress on a local server but my theme only shows on localhost. when i url to that location from another pc, the layout does not look like the theme selected. it’s just general flat white.

    i setup a wordpress account at reckless2k2.wordpress.com and got the same results despite changing around to a few different themes. is there a simple tweak i’m missing.
