WordPress link updated, comments lost

    The Facebook Comments Box social plugin is associated with a URL passed in its href parameter. The webpage also has an og:url value used as a fallback for like, share, and other activity.

    The Facebook plugin for WordPress uses your WordPress permalink passed through the facebook_rel_canonical filter to specify og:url and Comments Box values.

    Ok… But can I edit the data on facebook app to change the older url to the new? If that is possible i will lose no comments.
