WordPress loading slowly

I do not remember my site loading this slowly before I updated it. I thought it was Jetpack. I deactivated it. I thought it was the template I was using. I chose another. It is slow to upload images, slow tp load the site, and even the admin log in is slow. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know what is causing this?
