WordPress login problems with Ultimate Member

    Hi,

    Can you please check what UM role this user has and also make sure that you have not disabled guest access to the wp-login page from UM settings > access tab.

    The user is a site editor.

    I haven’t disabled guest access to the wp-log in page.

    I tried changing her to an admin for the UM but she seems to be logged out of site admin again.

    Can you give this user the UM admin role?

    Thanks, that has sorted it.

    She still has to log in twice which is a bit of a pain but at least she’s in.
