WordPress looks like without CSS

    Hello, I have installed wordpress in my PC (the server).
    It runs with mysql and Internet Information server.
    In the server all is right but when I access with another PC, the blog looks like without CSS. I only can see de text… Without images, without styles…

    How can fix that?? Thanks to everyone.
