WordPress loops in coding

    I had an issue whereby my Wordfence plugin advised me there’d been a log in from an unknown IP address. I checked with my web host and they stated:

    I have checked this with our hosting team and this seems to be a coding related issue.

    In this case, please try checking with WordPress if they keep logs of this as well as with your developer to see if there are no loops in the coding.

    I’m totally un-technical. What does this mean?

    I’m going to be honest with you. We can’t figure out what the heck this support person is talking about either, at least not with the limited information we have so far.
