WordPress menu outside WordPress

I love the easy setup of nav menus in WP. So we want to use it site wide, even outside of WP. I’m looking for a way to export(or save to file) the menu, either as a static file or XML or some other way to include into pages outside WP. Has anyone seen a way to do this?
