WordPress moved and now broken

Right … I’ve got a monster of a stupid problem on my hands

I’ve been building a site for a client of mine which was here

But overnight they’ve moved it .. for reasons I don’t remotely understand to here

So the problem is that now I can’t access my WordPress backend to change its settings to its new location (hence why some of the styling is broken) … so has anyone come accross this backwards situation before or does anyone have any bright ideas how I can sort it out!
