How could Onesignal be implemented in a multisite wordpress installation so that subscriptions would be independent in each blog?
For example
http://www.edured2000.net
http://www.edured2000.net/abc
http://www.edured2000.net/xyz
…

Would it be possible to create several Onesignal accounts?

You can’t, web push works at the origin level (https://www.edured2000.net) so you won’t be able to have subscriptions on different pages of the site.
