• Hi,
    I have a multisite running 4.7.5 and BackWPup 3.4.0.
In WordPress I did the following:
    > Plugins > Add New > Search for: BackWPup > Install > Network activate
But I can’t find the backwpup-menu. If i try to access
    /wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=backwpup
    manually i get
403 Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Can you please help me to find the problem?
It seems that some mysql entries are missing.

    SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%backwpup_%’

    SELECT * FROM wp_10_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%backwpup_%’
    SELECT * FROM wp_11_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%backwpup_%’

    NULL

    Thank you + Best regards

    Hi @0x626f7070
It’s really weird problem, could you check in your site plugins to see that you have installed some kind of customization admin interface plugin( like Adminimize, Custom Admin or something)?
And could you contact your hosting provider to see that if backup plugins are blocked?
