    Hi @dcmovies,

We don’t use get_avatar() in Paid Member Subscriptions, we use this function in Profile Builder.

Could you check if encounter that issue with Profile Builder?

    Hello @dcmovies,

As my colleague said, in Paid Member Subscriptions, we don’t offer an option for the user to change his avatar, this option is available only with Profile Builder, but even there, we don’t offer this option in the free version.

So the problem is that we don’t understand what you are actually using or why you are seeing an avatar on the profile page given these circumstances.

If you are a paid user please open a ticket on our website and we can help you there: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/

If not, send us a link to your registration page if we can register for free to make an account, login and take a look at your profile page to figure out where this is coming from.

    Regards.

    Hello @dcmovies,

That part is not coming from any of our plugins.

I don’t know what it is exactly, but it seems to be added through Elementor, just like you added our shortcode on that page.

So just try to Edit the page with Elementor and see what’s inserted, there should be another thing alongside our shortcode.

    Regards.
