WordPress not detecing APC cache

    Hello

    I installed APC cache on VPS but I am not able to use it with W3 TC. Dont know why but APC is not detected and the option is disabled in W3 TC option page. Anyone here knows why it is ?
    I am using W3 Total cache plugin.
