wordpress not loading

Hi, im not exactly sure what version im using, i installed this around 4 months ago, my blog has been running fine, however yesterday my domain name was changed to a new ip address on the server, and since then my blog will not load, if i try and load it in firefox it says it was trying to redirect it using a 301?

any help would be great as i need to get this fixed as soon as possible
