WordPress not updating

I have tried to update wordpress with the one button update, and I get This page isn’t working with chrome, firefox, and egde. I can not update any plugin as I get that error for any update I push. I have tried manual updating wordpress and it wants me to re-install the update yet it then This page isn’t working.

I do not want to run an out of date wordpress website but I have because of these errors.
