what did you do before this issue occured?
That means that something has become corrupted in your database. From here you really have two choices.
First thing to try needs a little bit of technical knowledge. Log into your websites hostinc control panel and get to phpmyadmin (or whatever other tool they have there). From there you can try to repair the tables that have crashed. Unfrotunately there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to repair them but it’s worth a try to start with.
If you can’t do that, or the repair doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact your hosting company and get them to restore the site from a backup that they have.
This is one thing that can happen, and it’s a big reminder that you should always keep yoru own backups just in case these things do happen.
