I don’t see anything wrong on that page, aside from the layout of the images. As you have to floated images sort of interfering, you may want to put some text as a header between them, because most H styles will clear floats. Another option is to float one image left and one right. Generally, putting an image to the left of a bulleted list results in a bad look, so put that one on the right and the next one on the left.
With respect to the back end, start with this:
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
It doesn’t work like that, I actually cannot edit the image layout (doesn’t affect) and right now, I even tried deactivating all the plugins, and changed the theme, still the same problem.

PLease give me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to edit.
Check your user profile to make sure that visual editor is not disabled.
