WordPress on AWS – Destination folder already exist

Hi guys,

I’m fairly new to wordpress and AWS but will be running my server on there.

I bought a theme from a third party website on creativemarket.com, uploaded the theme and trying to follow the steps but this is what it says for plugins that are required when I try to install it :

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wpex-callout/

Plugin install failed.

If it already exists, then why isnt it working? Lol!
I’ve been doing so much googling to find out a solution but nothing yet 🙁
Please help! Greatly appreciated
