WordPress or browser caches the menu

    Hello! Every time I log in or log out the menu stays the same. I navigate to front page, press ctrl + f5 then the menu changes. And I have to press ctrl f5 on all the pages for the menu to appear as it is set to logged out user.

    What could be the problem? I am not using any cahcing plugins. Is it really my browser that is stuck on hardcaching everything it sees?

    When I login/out on JLogica the links change as I have set them up. You have not provided a link to your site to see what is happening.

    I notice on other posts that you seem to be having multiple instances of sticky information. Please provide link if you want more help.
