wordpress overruled php files 404 error

    i want to open a php file in a i-frame.
    Wordpress is overruled this and give a 404 error.

    When i chance the name and make the file .html its open but then i have other problems

    Strance part is that i have do the same in more site and have no problem.
    How can i kill this?
