    Hi
Suddenly when I edit or create a new page all the buttons from both TinyMCE & WPEdit are missing. All that’s showing is ‘Add media’, ‘Add [show_posts] & ‘Add contact form’ buttons.
On editing my existing pages which include text & images, they are also blank.
Is this something to do with Gutenberg (which, by the way, I hate)?
    Any suggestions?

  • When I activate the Gutenberg plugin, all I get when I go to edit or add a new post is a completely blank browser page. I played around with disabling some plugins, etc., but no luck so far.

I’ve edited a existing page on my website. I converted parts to the Gutenberg-blocks and let the custom HTML part as it was. No problems so far. I’ve inserted a gallery and wanted the new images to contain hyperlinks. In Gutenberg i can’t find a way to do so.

So i’ve insterted the gallery via Gutenberg en switched over to the classic-editor and added the hyperlinks. But since then all the page are going blank when trying to edit them. When i removed the hyperlinks it seems to work again. But it appears to me that you can use both gutenberg and classic HTML with another if needed to.

    Hiya,

The page you are describing is not the Gutenberg editor, so that won’t be the case here, it does sound like you have a plugin or theme conflict with WordPress in general though, which you should be addressing.

You can find some troubleshooting steps in https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/known-compatibility-issues-common-questions-and-how-to-report-bugs/, the topic is made for Gutenberg, but the process is the same.
