wordpress plug-in form error

    constant contact form at bottom of home page on the right – when subscribing a message in red comes up “we had trouble processing your submission. make sure you havent changed the required form id and try again” odd . then when i go to re-enter my info, it is accepted, the thank you message pops up and the name is added to the correct constant contact list. Trued a few times and each time red error then thank you accepted message afterward. please help clear this up asap. thanks

    Just submitted to it and it looks like it went through right away, without having to re-try anything.

    If the submission went all the way to your list, you should see a “Constant Contact Forum Support” contact entry.
