Hi, I am facing the same issue, my current domain is http://www.jobshubconnect.com it used to be jobshubconnect.com but my articles were not being crawled as my declared canonical was this- jobshubconnect.com but Google took the previous one. So I had to add www. at .htaccess level. Now the Google site kit is not recognizing my domain claiming I have changed it multiple resets and multiple times I have deleted the plugin same error. Can you please suggest and alternative?

Thanks for reaching out @jobshubconnect and sharing details of your experience. From checking your public REST endpoints, I suspect the issue may be based on one of your site records being www, and the other not (screenshot). Can you change either your site address (URL) and WordPress address (URL) to ensure they match, before attempting Site Kit setup once more?

If the same occurs, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. What is the error message you encounter when trying to set up Site Kit?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Glad to hear it @jobshubconnect, and appreciate the update. Be sure to reach out if you have any further queries. If you have a moment free please also consider leaving a review, give it sounds like you may have been using Site Kit for some time before changing your domain.

    Best of luck!
