WordPress Plugin Update

Hi All,

I want to update my WordPress version as well as WordPress plugins versions. Unfortunately our server denies the outbound requests due to security reasons. I requested my server admin to open the port both 80 and 443. But he is not ready to open both for public. He specified me to list out the common websites (URLs) that required to update both WordPress as well as WordPress plugins.

Could anybody help me please.
