WordPress plugins for video chat etc

I would like to create a website to unite teachers and students via video chat.
The students can pay with PayPal for x hours of tuition, teachers are also paid with PayPal for x hours, the website gets a percentage for providing the service. The site would need a sign up and profile page for the teachers and a calendar so both teachers and students can schedule work times. Are there any WordPress plugins which could do the above?
