• Hey guys! So I want to use WordPress as my host for my website. I have someone to do the front end development, but no one to do the back end. If i host my website through WordPress, is it protected from hackers? Will I also be able to see the people that are on my website? Also a BIG question is… Once I start a blog post and people comment on my post, where do the comments go? Does WordPress store them? Thanks!!!

I really wanted to talk to a support person through phone but apparently they only answer questions through forum?

Do you mean https://wordpress.com/ ? If so, then yes.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn are two different entities: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com

At ww.wp.xz.cn, we just distribute and support the software. We don’t host any sites here.

If you install a stats plugin, yes.

In the _comments database table, more easily visible in the Dashboard’s Comments section.

WordPress is developed and supported entirely by volunteers, there is no phone support.

Unless you meant https://wordpress.com/ which is a business and an entirely separate entity from us. They have more support options for their product at https://en.support.wordpress.com/
