WordPress requires Debugging to edit questions

    When a user posts a question, I need to approve it for it to be visible on the front end.

    However on the back end, when I click on “Edit” the question, I get this error:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    It didn’t do that before. Any ideas of what could have caused this?
