    Hi,

I have a question, we have dozens of websites to manage and would like to integrate this plugin to allow ALL users in our google workspace access to our websites.

    1. Do I need to create separate IdPs in our admin console per website? or one IdP is enough to allow access to other websites? How do I do that?

    I hope that makes sense.

Follow up question. If we delete a user in google workspace will it also delete the user created in WordPress?

    Hi Carl,

    Thanks for contacting us.

It seems like Google Workspace does not support connecting multiple service providers within a single SAML SSO Application. As a result, you will need to create separate SAML applications for each website that requires SSO.

Additionally, I wanted to clarify that SSO follows just in time provisioning, meaning that users are created in WordPress when they log in via SSO. However, just in time provisioning does not support automatic user deletion if a user is removed from Google Workspace.

If you require automatic deprovisioning, this can be achieved using the premium version of our SCIM User Provisioning plugin, which includes the automatic deprovisioning feature. Please note that your Google Workspace account must support SCIM provisioning for this functionality to work.

If you need any assistance with the setup or would like to schedule a demo of the user provisioning feature, please feel free to reach out to us through the contact widget [here]. We’d be happy to help!

    Thanks & Regards,

    Ishika
