WordPress SEO breaks Gravity Forms

    WordPress 4.2.2
    WordPress SEO 2.1.1
    Gravity Forms 1.9.8

    When WordPress SEO (by Yoast) is activated Gravity Forms forms disappear. Additionally all JavaScripts of the page with a form stop working. If I disable WordPress SEO the forms reappear and JavaScripts start to work again.

    Gravity Forms 1.9.17.5
    Hi, same problem for me and same malfunction with MailPoet/Gravity form.
    Admin page blank…
