WordPress setup is stuck on select a default theme

    i cant go to the admin panel because the setup is stuck on choose a theme and it fails every time, i have tried multiple computers, browsers ect. i keep getting fatal errors such as

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/voidmiami/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-easy-mode/includes/class-demo-importer.php on line 313
