• Starting March 17, when we synchronize our data to the AirTable data, new posts are created for each listing. This means the additional information we added to the listings is lost (images, description, etc.). The system was working fine until the morning of March 17, and as far as we know nothing changed on our end.

    The logs do not show any errors — just that on the last sync on March 16, the records were matched and synchronized, while on the 17th, no matches are found and new records are created (and the old ones deleted for some reason).

    We have the Pro version of the plugin but have been unable to access the support website because we don’t have the support password.
