Unless you can demonstrate the issue by sharing a URL to the issue, it will be quite difficult to assess this request for help as we would need to review the site to do so.

That said, when that happens only on specific posts or pages, the issue is almost always the content within them and/or the associated content CSS that makes the content too wide for the sidebar to float next to it.
