WordPress site doesn't always load

Hi,

For some reason, when I go onto my wordpress site, about 1 out of 20 times I am presented with the theme, but were the articles go, I just get a blue box (same colour as the menu bar).

It’s a fairly new install, live on the internet, so I can’t really think what it could be…

Any ideas?
