WordPress site migration error 404

Hi i recently created a website (not finish yet) but its already uploaded on a sub directory so no one can see it yet we want to move it to a different domain name and hosting i did all of the possible solutions i saw on the internet i already change the db name, db user, db password, and also checked the .htaccess file and everything’s all correct but still i cant access the site that im doing i always get an error 404, i cant even login on the wp-login page still gives me an error 404. is it possible that the nameservers are the problems thats why the site wont show? kindly help me if anyone knows what needs to be done. thanks

Providing the URL would be helpful.

Make sure you’ve done all the steps listed on this page correctly.

Hi Matt,

Yes i have done all the steps listed on that page, the only thing i can’t do on the page you gave is the Moving Directories On Your Existing Server because i can’t login to wp-admin. the original URL was http://diamondimpact.com.au/NewSite/ and i transferred it to this URL http://recruitsleuth.com.au/NewSite/ can you please what’s the problem that i am encountering. and Matt, i also did a fresh install of wordpress to a sub directory and yet i still got an error 404. thanks

Do you have access to the database through myPhpAdmin?

If so double check the entries you have for Site URL and WordPress URL.

Can you post the contents of your .htaccess file too?

Yes i do have an access to the database throught PhpMyAdmin. Site URL and WP URL are already changed to recruitsleuth.com.au/NewSite/. Which .htaccess? the one on the root directory or the one where my website files are? Here is the content of my .htaccess on my website folder. thanks.
