WordPress Site Stats?

Hi guys, I’m wondering why my user’s class isn’t able to view wordpress stats? I have not restricted the dashboard or Jetpack branch at all, yet when I log into their account the site stats are not appearing.

Wondering if I’m missing something or if anyone has had this issue before…
