wordpress structure means flow dfd's(data flow diagrams)

i want to learn how wordpress works one way is to start from index file then follow other files which are included in each files
but i think this is very tedious task

secondly if i get each and every dfd’s (data flow diagrams) then my life beome eaiser

does anybody know from where can i get all dfd sort of things.
