WordPress support forum image upload?

Why no image upload from computer capability when wrtiting support topics in the WP support forum? So we have to make an additional step and upload an image somewhere else now?

We do not offer image uploads here in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums for two reasons:

1. WordPress is offered for free, developed and supported entirely by volunteers, and backed solely by donations to a non-profit foundation. We’d need a whole new revenue stream if we had to store and serve images for these forums.
2. WordPress similarly has no staff to police unsavory, possible even illegal, images if there were uploaded to and served from our servers.

Fortunately, there are plenty of image hosting services you can use, like https://snipboard.io and https://imgur.com
