WordPress system has automatically changed the language settings

Hi, I have been using translatepress for over a year and it has been working great with no issues. But until I updated the new version of translatepress in a few days, there were two problems, I hope you can help me solve them:

1) WordPress system has automatically changed the language settings (I have not changed any settings), it has happened twice. （Earlier the system automatically changed to Japanese）

I contacted WordPress about these issues, they advised me to disable automatic translation, and investigated for me.

Today, the system automatically changed the main language of WordPress to Japanese again. The problem seems to have not been resolved. I tried to restore English, but it was unsuccessful unless the TranslatePress plugin was turned off….

1) Some texts on the website cannot be displayed in different languages ​​smoothly, for example, on the checkout page, this is what I care about, and now only the original English can be displayed.

Because these texts were able to display different languages ​​smoothly before I updated translatepress plugin, I have translated Japanese and Chinese through “VisualEditor” a long time ago.

I try to translate again through “VisualEditor”, but can’t, it shows “undefined”. (P.s: I successfully translated these texts through “VisualEditor” two days ago, but after a day, it seemed to automatically clean up the records, and it has been displaying “undefined” ever since)

This problem does not appear in my articles and product introduction texts, they are still successfully translated into Japanese and Chinese through translatepress, it seems that the problem only occurs in the text in the plugin? （Ex: woocommerce）
