WordPress table : wfPendingIssues (WordFence plugin)

    Hi,
    My host provider can’t do the backup saves from the website because of this table which appears as locked.
    This table is empty.
    Should I just delete it or change the rules of it?

    Hi @arcantide, thanks for getting in touch.

    The wfPendingIssues table is used during a scan to temporarily store information about the scan to report back afterwards, so shouldn’t be deleted as it’ll cause errors.

    There is a chance that the backup might be running at the same time that your scan is scheduled to run – so the table will be in use. It could be worth checking the timing of both of these events and staggering them, or excluding this table from your backup altogether as data from it won’t need to be restored.
