    Hi there

    I have an error installing wordpress theme called Pique:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hi!

    I just tried installing Pique at my end without any issue.

    The error you’re seeing means your web host/server is unable to contact ww.wp.xz.cn’s servers.

    Could be a temporary issue at your host’s end – try installing again and see if it works. If not, does a different theme work?

    In any case, if it’s still not working, contact your web host to see what’s wrong with the connection to ww.wp.xz.cn.

    Host replied saying this:

    Hi Jessica,
    Please check the WordPress installation on your CPanel account. We installed the base theme that you used, for you so you can work from it now.
    Also, your connection time-out has been extended and hopefully this accommodates your internet connection.

    Please let me know if everything is in order for you to continue your work.

    @jesslucyg – so, were you able to install it now?

    If not, how about some other theme?

    yes thanks as my host installed it and it seems ok… im migrating site so hopefully will still be fine but yes uploaded and all 🙂 thanks so much!
