WordPress Theme Not Working As Usual

hey guys, i need help

i’m new with WordPress, my boss ask me to change theme for our websites, he want theme from one of our website (PeachClub Theme), so i try to copy that theme from the other site, and upload to another site (link below this box), and then i try to run that new theme, but i lost all of the contents, i’m glad i have backup before, so i can restore to the old theme, but my boss still want that theme, please help me to fix the problem.
