WordPress theme wont upload

    So i bought a wordpress theme off the internet this week but when I went to upload it through my wordpress admin panel and it gives me this message: The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/users/web/b2799/ipg.firmfoundationminist//wp-content/uploads/2010/10.

    So i tried uploading it through my ftp (Dreamweaver cs5) but after uploading it, wordpress doesnt recognize it! Someone HELP!!!!!

    contact the place you bought the theme from. They should help you out.

    Well I bought it from themeforest and have been in contact with the designer through email, but he says that he cant get it either so he thinks its a wordpress problem. He is still working on it but I thought that someone else might have some ideas!
