    Added new knowledge item: How to Use Language Addon to Custom Language of Your Glossary
    added video tutorial: how to add your first tooltip

    # Fixed the error link on language addon notice bar
    # In language addons panel, added the tip and link of ‘How to Use Language Addon to Custom Language of Your Glossary’ in ‘Knowledge Base’, for help users to use language more easier
