What other plugin do I need to install if we need to downgrade the plugin?
I have tried downgrading the plugin to .13 version and site didn’t work and if disable the plugin site works perfectly apart some content missing due plugin deactivate.

Ok, first try updating the newest version, I may have fixed your issue. I didn’t increase the versions, just delete the code you have and redownload.
If that doesn’t work, use this version: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/redux-framework.3.6.18.zip
That being said, 3.6.18 won’t work with WordPress 5.5, so it’s in your best interest to help me fix the current version. 😉

Tried: Deleting 4.1.14 version and re-install from plugin library, delete again and installed 3.6.18 ( didn’t work) and again updated to 4.1.14 and result is same.
Turned out to be a WordPress 5.5 jQuery Migrate error. Glad we got it solved!
For any having problems like this, install the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ plugin. 🙂
